In amongst all the fun and games was a serious message for the children - how to take precautions to keep safe during the summer, from advice about beach saftey to advice about drinking plenty of water. It was fantastic to see children, and adults, gaining valuable skills and knowledge which can now be passed on to friends and family.

Our celebrity Frances Leighton (Captain of the England Womens Waterpolo Team) was an instant success and proved to be a brilliant role model for the children, most of whom are now so inspired that they can't wait to start our Waterpolo sessions beginning in January next year.

We have been steadily recieving posters created by the children after they went back to school, which we will be very proud to display in the main foyer as soon as we have recieved them all!
