A dynamic fitness to music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines like Yoga and Tai Chi with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais.
Body Pump
A revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. A non-impact resistance training program using barbells and easily adjustable weights, suitable for men and women.
Body Combat
An exercise to music class combining moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like Karate, Tai Chi, Kick-boxing and Tae Kwondo into a fending, fighting routine.
Body Attack
A cardio Vascular interval training programme that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises.
Body Jam
A total body workout that gives you the chance to polish your dance moves, with the latest trends in dance styles incoroprating influences of Latin, Disco, Bollywood and other styles from around the world.
Spinning
The original indoor cycling programme that helps develop cardio-vascular capacity and lower-body strength. Renowned as the ‘fatburner’, it is a firm favourite when it comes to reducing body fat.
Aquafit
An exciting, low impact, water workout to music designed to increase aerobic capacity, aid weight control, burn calories quickly and tone the body. (swimming ability not required)
Circuits
A highly charged workout based around a variety of fitness stations. This highly motivational class will improve cardio-vascular endurance and strengthen muscles to the max
